District Zero is the sequel to Pharmageddon. You traded the white coat for a lanyard: now you run a district of 12 pharmacy stores while corporate sends impossible directives and your people burn out. Built by Dr. Jeff Bullock, Pharm.D., who managed 20 to 32 stores and lived every quarter of it.

How to Play

Each week you get 5 action points. Spend them visiting stores, backing up your teams, and putting out fires before corporate notices. Choose your ride, choose your management style (Servant Leader, Firefighter, The Politician, The Grinder, The Strategist, The Ghost), and survive 13 weeks. Normal, Hard, and Nightmare modes, plus a leaderboard.

Why It Hits Different

Every event in the game comes from the real world of retail pharmacy leadership. The directives, the burnout, the windshield time. If you have ever worked under a district manager, or been one, you will recognize all of it.
