The Premise
Every pharmacy is its own small universe. The staff knows their regulars by name, medication, and life story. They fight insurance companies on behalf of patients who can't afford their medications. They fill 400 prescriptions a day with half the staff they need. And somehow, between the chaos and the corporate metrics, they take care of people.
